External Transfers and Loan Payments
External Transfers
We are excited to announce that you can now move money to and from your account at another financial institution. There is no fee to use External Transfer.
Transfer Limits
Transfer up to $5,000/transaction, $10,000/daily, or $15,000 in any 28-day period.
Transfer With Just a Few Clicks
Set up one-time or recurring transfers (once a month, once a week, or once every two weeks).
- Log in to online or mobile banking.
- Click Transfers > External Transfer in online banking. Click More > External Transfer in our mobile app.
- Add external account. Please have your other financial institution routing number and account number ready.
- Validate your account. For additional protection you must validate two small trial deposits of less than $1.00 each that will be made to your external account. Please allow up to three (3) business days to show up. Once you see the deposits, return back to your PNWFCU online or mobile banking, click on External Transfers > Manage External Accounts to validate account.
- You are ready! You can start transferring funds.

Loan Payments
It’s easy to manage your payments at PNWFCU. Now you can set up online bill, skip a loan payment, or pay a loan over the phone or with a debit card. Click here to learn more about loan payment options.

Easy Budgeting Tool
Would you like to have a better understanding of where your money goes each month? Our Money Management tool makes it easy to track spending and view all of your financial accounts on one screen. You can even view your accounts with other credit unions and banks! Our app makes it easy to create a budget and set up goals to get your finances on track. Plus, the payment reminders and low account balance alerts can help you avoid fees and missed payments. To access, click the Money Management tab in Online Banking, or More > Financial Wellness on our mobile app. Watch our video to learn more.
Quick Balance Mobile Feature
Once you enable Quick Balance, you can view your account balances and check the due date and minimum amount due for loans and credit cards simply by swiping down anywhere on our app login page. To enable Quick Balance, log into the app and go to Settings > Quick Balance > Current Device > toggle Quick Balance feature on.
Get Statements Quickly and Securely With eStatements
- View, print or download to your computer.
- View both monthly and Visa statements.
- Receive an email alert when your statement is ready.
It’s quick and easy to sign up for eStatements. Log in to your online banking account and click on eStatements under the Additional / Mobile Services tab. To discontinue eStatements, click on the Settings tab at the top of the eStatement home page.
Send Us a Text Message
You can use your phone to text a custom message to 503-256-5858 or just text us one of these codes. Try it out!
- App — Text “App” to 503-256-5858 for a link to download our mobile app.
- Join — Text “Join” to 503-256-5858 for a link to join PNWFCU.
- Rates — Text “Rates” to 503-256-5858 for the latest loan and account rates.
Standard carrier fees for text messaging may apply.
Mobile App and Online Banking Profile Deletion
If you would like to request removal of your app and online banking related data, simply send an email request to us or call us at 800-444-5858. One of our representatives will confirm the request is valid and initiate the process. Upon completion of this request, we will delete all associated services, including bill payments, Money Management, eStatements, external loan payments and transfers, and any other services that you initiated online through your account with PNWFCU. Your accounts will remain active but all online and mobile banking data will be deleted.
