Card Center: Take Control of Your Card
Attention CardValet app users: The CardValet app has been replaced by our new card management tool, Card Center, which offers all the same features you’ve come to enjoy with CardValet, only way better! Plus, it’s available right inside PNWFCU’s Mobile and Online Banking, so there’s no separate app to download or login credentials to keep track of!
Card Center helps you track the use of your debit or credit card and stop fraud in its tracks.
- Turn your cards on and off.
- Establish transaction controls for dollar amount limits, merchant categories and geographic locations.
- Receive alerts when your card is used, approved or exceeds the transaction controls set by you.
- Stay informed of potential fraud with alerts on attempted, declined transactions.
- Get real-time balances for your accounts.

Contactless Credit & Debit Cards Are Here
You’ll notice that your new PNWFCU® cards have contactless payment technology, which means faster checkout, enhanced security, and added convenience. Contactless cards use the same security features as inserting a chip card, but tapping your card is easier and faster. Each time you use your card, the transaction generates a one-time security code that protects your payment information. If you do not want to use the contactless feature, or it is not available at the merchant, your card also has a chip and can be used by inserting or swiping at the terminal.
Here’s how to use a contactless card:
- At checkout, look for a wave-like symbol on the payment terminal.
- If the terminal has the contactless image, you can tap your card on the symbol. If not, insert or swipe your card.
- You may still need to enter a PIN or sign for the contactless transaction, depending on the merchant.
- Once you get a payment approval, you’re all set to go.
