Manufactured Home Construction Loan
An affordable way to build a home! Purchase land and build a manufactured home with a low $2,000 origination fee and interest-only payments during construction.

- Converts to 30-year final loan once construction is complete – no refinance required
- Primary and secondary residence allowed
- Origination fee $2000, plus applicable 3rd party fees
- Maximum loan amount of $500,000
- Minimum representative credit score of 680
- Loan funds can be used for the costs of the manufactured home, land or construction (transportation cost, site preparation, utilities, site improvements, home install at site)
Land Loan
A land loan is a type of loan that allows you to purchase undeveloped land or property for building purposes.
Why would you get a land loan instead of a construction loan? If you want to buy land and start building right away, you’ll want a construction loan. If you want to buy land but intend to build on it in a year or more, you’ll want a land loan.
- Maximum loan amount of $250,000
- Available for purchase or refinance
- Maximum 10 acres
- Raw or improved residential-zoned land allowed
- Minimum down payment of 25% of the purchase price
- 5-year maximum maturity with payments amortized over 20-years for lower monthly payment
