MH Advantage are manufactured homes that are built to meet the higher construction, architectural design, and energy efficiency standards that you want for your home, while still being affordable.
- Bridge Loan: We now offer a 12-month fixed rate loan that you can use to finance your down payment on a new home without first selling your current house. The payments on a bridge loan are more manageable since they are interest-only payments.
Refinancing Your Current Loan
- Conventional: Refinance your fixed-rate mortgage to lower your rate or change your term. Our conventional loan now goes up to $806,500.
- Jumbo Loans: We now offer jumbo loans for refinance amounts between $806,501 and $2,000,000 on primary and secondary residences. Contact us for more details.
- RefiNow™: This is an affordable refinance option for homeowners earning up to 100% of area median income. If your mortgage is owned or guaranteed by Fannie Mae, you may be eligible to refinance your mortgage under RefiNow™.

Construction, Home Improvement and Land Loans

Our Mortgage On-Time Closing Guarantee offers assurance that your PNWFCU mortgage will close on or before the Contract Closing Date (subject to terms and conditions), or you will receive a $1,000 closing cost credit* at the time of loan closing.
Program Terms and Conditions:
- Purchase of primary residence or second home, no investment properties.
- Closing date at least 25 days after submitting a complete mortgage package, including:
- Mortgage application — online, via phone or face-to-face with a mortgage loan officer
- Providing all income, asset, and any other requested supporting documentation needed to make a loan decision within 3 business days of application
- Providing a fully executed purchase contract (all pages and all addendums if applicable)
- Signed disclosures within 2 business days of order date
- Ineligible scenarios include delay in completion of new construction or subject property repairs, seller related delays, weather/natural disaster delays, 3rd party delays.
