PNWFCU is excited to announce the addition of our new Virtual Teller & ATM kiosks! The kiosks blend cutting edge technology with our 5-star member service. Enjoy faster transaction times and increased privacy, while speaking with the same friendly faces you see at the branch!
Hours and Locations
Erin Way Branch: This kiosk is currently unavailable. 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. The kiosk is located by the north lobby entrance.
Hood River Branch: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Thursday | 9am – 6pm, Friday. The kiosk is located in the drive-up. We still have a traditional ATM outside by the lobby entrance.
The kiosks will also be available as traditional ATMs during and after business hours.
Speak with a Virtual Teller
Talk on video with one of our friendly local tellers! Here are a few things you can do:
- Quickly deposit cash or checks
- Cash checks
- Fast cash withdrawals
- Make loan payments
- Ask questions and interact with one of our friendly tellers
- Talk on video, or use a headset or keyboard for added privacy
- Get cash back in $1, $5, $20 or $100 bills… and even coins!

Virtual Teller Privacy
You can customize your privacy settings by speaking normally and adjusting the sound as needed. You can also plug in your own earbuds or chat privately using the keyboard that will appear on screen when the teller is assisting you.
Make ATM Transactions
If you don’t need to talk with one of our virtual tellers or you visit the branch after business hours, the kiosk will also function as a traditional ATMs. Services include:
- Withdrawals
- Cash and check deposits
- Transfers
- Balance inquiries
- PIN resets
