Starting December 31, 2024, PNWFCU will charge a $2 monthly fee for paper statements.

This fee helps offset our increasing costs of printing, processing, and mailing paper statements. You can avoid this fee by switching to electronic eStatements. (Note: Members ages 17 and younger will not be charged a monthly fee for paper statements). The fee will be deducted on the 5th of each month from the checking account, or from another account if you do not have a checking or if the fee would reduce the checking below $0.

To avoid being charged this fee in January, you need to sign up for eStatements by 12pm PST on December 31. After that, you need to sign up for eStatements by 12pm PST on the last business day of the month to avoid being charged the next month. Once you are enrolled, there is nothing else you need to do!

eStatements are Free and Secure

eStatements are stored securely online and are identical to the ones you receive by mail. You’ll get an email notification when your statement is ready to view, and it will be accessible online for 24 months. Plus, you can print them or download copies to your computer if needed.

Signing Up for eStatements is Easy

It’s quick and easy to sign up for free eStatements.

1. Log in to your online banking account. Need help signing up for online or mobile banking? Click here to get started. (Please note, eStatement enrollment is not available via our app; you’ll need to log in to Online Banking)
2. Navigate to: Additional / Mobile Services tab > eStatements via the tabs at the top of the screen.
3. Select Register. Enter contact information and accept user agreement.

If you have a Visa card with us, then that statement will also be available electronically. There is no need to sign up separately for Visa eStatements.
